Rainbow Youth Empowerment Village (RYEV) is a youth led Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Nebbi Town, Nebbi District in North-Western Uganda. The NGO was started by a group of youth qualified in the various disciplines including humanities and sciences.

RAINBOW YOUTH EMPOWERMENT VILLAGE (RYEV).

Rainbow Youth Empowerment Village derived its name from the ‘RAINBOW’ which is regarded as a sign of hope. The organization works through technical, social, and cultural
development support, stimulation, and enhancement of self- confidence and respect through teamwork on joint initiatives such as; skilling in small scale businesses, agriculture, carpentry, mechanics, arts and etc. RYEV’s overarching goal is the
sustainable enhancement of the professional and socio-economic perspective and future livelihood of the youth in Africa.

Acquired a three-acre vineyard used to train youth in grape farming and winemaking. Provided opportunities for income generation and skill-building.
