Rainbow Youth Empowerment Village (RYEV) is a youth led Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Nebbi Town, Nebbi District in North-Western Uganda.
The organization works through technical, social, and cultural development support, stimulation, and enhancement of self-confidence and respect through teamwork on joint initiatives such as; skilling in small scale businesses, agriculture, carpentry, mechanics, arts and etc.
VISION
The organization envisages an empowered African youth, independent, skilled and productive, accountable, and self- sustaining.
MISSION
RYEV's mission is being all-inclusive and seeks to improve the overall potential skills and capabilities of the underprivileged young people.

RYEV’S ACHIEVEMENTS
- RYEV successfully acquired a three-acre piece of land where a vineyard has been set up.
- RYEV has partnered with Nebbi Area Cooperative Enterprise Ltd in training and skilling the youth in apiculture.
- RYEV is also promoting environmental conservation by encouraging the youth to plant trees.
