Eugene Ocen

A graduate of bachelors with social sciences from Makerere university Kampala.Ocen Eugene has
worked with ST Francis health care services Njeru as a youth volunteer and also Uganda Co-
operative Alliance Limited as a project manager in Nebbi where he was in touch with a number of
disadvantaged youth who had potential to be self reliant but lacked the means too.Its from this
situation that he and his friends got the courage and zeal to form RYEV as a way of answering the
youths life challenging situations through empowering them in different aspects of life.
